Arizona Aero-Tech offers a wonderful program: an Aviation Camp for your child! Campers learn firsthand about the dynamics of
airplanes and flight and about the broad spectrum of careers in the aviation and aerospace industry. Please see the enclosed flyer for more information.
REGISTRATION
Attached is a registration form. Please return the completed forms with deposit as soon as possible to info@arizonaaerotech.com. Camps are limited in size; therefore, registration applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Camp will be held on June 16th – June 20th, 2025. Camp is open to 12-16 year olds. **The schedule for the week will be released closer to the camp dates.**
FEES/PAYMENT
The cost of Aero-Camp is $695 for the week. A $100 deposit is due when returning the registration forms. The rest of tuition is due on June 2nd, 2025. Campers will receive an Aero-Camp T-shirt/Certificate and Pilot Log book at no additional cost.
CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS
Request for cancellation must be received in writing or via email. No refunds will be granted if cancellation requests are not received 14-days prior to the camp session start date. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed.
CAMP VIABILITY
Just as each camp has a maximum number of campers that may be admitted in a particular camp session, there also exists a minimum number to justify having a camp. If we do not have enough registrants two weeks prior to the session start date, we will cancel that session. Should this occur, we would contact each registrant and offer a session that most closely meets your needs. If we are forced to cancel a session and you are unable to reschedule for a later camp session, all your money will be refunded.
CAMP ADMINISTRATION
Camps will be conducted at Arizona Aero-Tech. We are located at Ryan Airfield, 6400 S Aviator Lane, Tucson, AZ 85735 (520) 294-1551.
Early drop off and/or late pick up is available at an additional fee of $40 for the week.
Water will be provided by Aero-Camp; however, Campers will need to bring their lunch. We will provide pizza on one day and we will eat at Pima Air & Space on another day. Parents/campers will be reminded the day before. The schedule will also note which days require a packed lunch.
CAMP STAFF
The camp staff at Aero-Camp includes FAA certified flight instructors with many years of aviation experience, teaching, and facilitating youth group activates.
